Community Supported Agriculture Shares

BAG SHARE

Our Bag Share… is great for those who love variety, abundance, the occasional new vegetable, and cook regularly during the week. A bag share costs $315 for $335 of our fresh MOFGA certified organic produce. Pick up is once a week for 13 weeks mid June through early September.

Weekly and seasonally, in your bag, you will find… fresh mixed salad greens; salad turnips; peas; scallions; kale, chard, or bok choi; cucumbers, summer squash/zucchini, bunched carrots or beets; new potatoes or storage potatoes; tomatoes, eggplant, sweet peppers; cantaloupe and watermelon; onions and winter squash. Fresh Herbs!

MARKET SHARE

Shop wallet free with us with our Market Share. This share acts like a credit at our Farmer's Market locations, which are May through November in Augusta and Skowhegan

With a market share you can enjoy coming to the Farmer’s Market to select your weekly needs based on our seasonal selections. Market shares are available in increments of $100.00; for every $100.00 value a CSA member receives a $108.00 credit. A member must use their credit within the market season.

Fall Share

The Fall Share is a 6 week season with pick ups that run every other week from Mid-October through Mid-Decemeber. This share is lush with late summer crops, the start of fall crops, and full of delicious greens variety.

The share costs $180 and is available to Augusta, Hallowell, and China area communities.

WINTER SHARE

The winter share is a 6 week season with pick ups every other week from mid-January through mid-March. Shares include a variety of storage crops: carrots, onions, potatoes, beets, sweet potatoes and greens: cabbage, kale, chard, pea shoots, and micro greens. Shares for the full winter season cost $180. If you want to pay by the week they are $35/each.

WORK SHARE

Dig Deep Farm workshare membership is a mutual agreement between CSA members and their farmer to pay for their CSA share by assisting in growing their food; and/or contributing personal skills/land base to Dig Deep as a farm business operation.

We aim to cultivate a safe environment where learning, production, and a relationship to agriculture and land can develop.

  • Consistent, reliable, and fun hard-workers are welcome to our farm operation

  • Come prepared for physical labor: transplanting, harvesting, weeding, trellising

  • We encourage people to dress appropriately for the weather conditions

  • Work-share time slots are available for the

    • Summer mid June - September Sat. 9am-12pm

    • Shares Values can be worked off in $100.00 increments.
