Butternut Squash Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 butternut squash
  • 2 tsp of butter or ghee melted
  • salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Peel, cut off bulbous end (this cannot be spiralized) and trim the other end off
  3. Cut your butternut piece in half to make it easier to handle
  4. Using a sprializer (with either the medium or large noodle fitting), process butternut into fun noodle shapes
  5. Transfer to baking sheet and drizzle with 2 tsp of melted butter, until al dente.
  6. Salt to taste
